you save them to you hard drive you really never know what is in them. But bmp's are not compressed. What you see on the screen is what you get and what you save. I do want to thank everyone for all the help and I have downloaded IE7 and it does the same thing!!! thanks!!!!! -- Always Learning.

Hello, In Internet Explorer 6 i used to be able to hovver my mouse over a picture and a little "save" icon used to appear so i could save it quickly. However, now i have upgraded to IE7, i seem to have lost that feature. Whilst hovvering over a picture that little "save" icon never appears.

If they are not in JPG format, tell him/her to open the picture and click "Save As" and select JPG format in their graphics program. I recently installed IE7, could this be the problem? I have tried creating a new project from scratch with only one picture and have tried multiple I get the exact same error message telling me that some files might be corrupted and I should re-install PhotoStory and save the project again.
